For more than 30 years, Ruud has international experience in assisting transformation projects in organisations. Mostly based on financial management position regarding the first 15 years of his career. As of 1993 as independent (financial) project manager in different project environments as key between HR and IT with an allignment to or with the business.
As of 2005 Ruud specialises in assisting “IN CONTROL frameworks” to show that the different organisations abide European laws. Internalising within (internal) organisations demands of a business a central guidance to show the people (allignment factor) to stay in “In control” and be leading.
