  • have a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in B2B in various industries
  • may already have a track record as a sales trainer
  • are able to acquire new business independently as well as cross-sell within existing accounts 
  • want to translate new insights in psychology, marketing, and sales into effective coaching, and enable trainees to take the next step in their personal development 
  • are eager, optimistic, and motivating, as well as active and successful networkers
  • self starting entrepreneurs who are always open for feedback
